Internet order worked out great. Order shipped out later than I expected, but when I called on it there was a very reasonable explanation of need to bring the part in from a wholesaler first as it was not a stocked part. They seemed interested in improvements and said they can have their site reflect this. Free shipping and part arrived in good condition. Good price and happy customer. Thankis..

This was by far the best price I have found on this item in the past 4 years I have been searching for a replacement to my OEM Hot Spring Prodigy Luminescent LED unit that crapped out after about 5 years. The retail price on these units is ridiculous both for what it is and considering how long my first on lasted... $70/yr for an LED light bulb? The Pool Guy Store advertised this at the best price I have seen and one I was willing to pay after sitting in a dark spa for the past few years. I will DEFINITELY be ordering from them in the future as a result of their decent price and delivery.

I was able to go from a 3/4 to 1/2 hp pump by purchasing the whisperflo. It is quiter and pushing more water than my previous pump and installed fairly easily. Part of the increased flow is due to having a 2" inlet as opposed to my previous pump's 1 1/2" inlet. The jury is still out on durability and reliability...However, based on the pump's current performance, I give it five stars. You also receive what you order from the poolguys and they offer very good pricing. Shipping was a bit slow and I did receive a broken piece on the pump due to shipping. However, they responded very quickly by sending me the replacement piece. Overall, very satisfied with the pump and service provided by the poolguys and would purchase from them again.

This is the only place I could find the pump front assembly together. I called to double check that it was what I needed and they were very helpful over the phone. When it arrived I simply attached the new assembly and everything works great. I will order from them again.....thanks

I wanted a 2 speed pump and larger filter than the stock EC-40 setup Hayward offers. I ended up ordering each part seperately. This was the last one needed I wanted to make a clean installation and a stable base for the pump and filter I have. Pool Guy store shipped quickly. I would order again from them without hesitation.
