Didn’t send what I ordered |

I ordered the item listed “low profile outlet cover†and was sent a different product, which is not low profile at all. I called and it was explained to me that the low profile version has not been available for 3 years, so they just sent me a different cover, which is basically what I already have and was trying to replace. Now in addition to paying for shipping to my house I have to pay for shipping back to the store to get a refund. Now I am out about $25 and back to square one. Wish they had just let me know what I wanted was not in stock and not sent it to me.
