Ive sent SEVERAL emails to customer service. As a result I will file a claim with my CC unless I get a response today that you are sending out the product I paid for weeks ago.

Order came very quick. The plastic tub was cracked and some contents was in crushed box. Better wrapping to cushion contents. UPS throws box because of weight.
